PLATFORM TERMS

A clear start for your property case.

The terms for using the digital workspace, sharing information and requesting professional services.

Your platform provider

Properly is operated by Impactify LTD, the provider of the platform services described in your accepted order. The client contracts directly with an independent advocate for legal advice and representation. Impactify LTD remains responsible for its own promised platform work, handling of platform information and applicable customer rights. This separation of roles is not a blanket exclusion of responsibility.

Opening and using a case

Open a case only if you are authorised to coordinate the property transaction. Supply accurate information and upload only material you are entitled to share. Do not send spam, impersonate another role, upload unlawful content or attempt to access someone else’s case.

Participation and professional roles

The case creator can invite the other party. The administrator assigns the lawyer after confirming the professional details and proposed representation. Buyer and seller invitations use private, single-use links valid for 48 hours and require sign-in and acceptance. The administrator pins an advocate invitation to an independently confirmed account ID. Lawyer participation also requires confirmation of the separate engagement. No professional appointment is created merely by opening a case or displaying a name.

The seller’s role

The seller organises and conducts viewings in this model. The platform provides coordination tools rather than a person to conduct viewings, negotiate as an unlicensed agent or inspect the building. Any separately requested regulated service requires a lawful provider and its own agreement.

Messages, documents and readiness

Shared case information is available to accepted participants and the administrator. Advocate-only files are restricted to their uploader, the accepted case lawyer and administrator, with server-side visibility checks. Keep confidential advice in the professional’s separate agreed channel. Uploaded documents are not automatically checked, approved or signed. Buyer and seller readiness confirmations are workflow records, not the executed sale contract.

Package and optional work

The digital sale package is €3,995 including VAT, paid at the start after the written scope and professional engagement are agreed. The optional marketing pack is €1,900 including VAT and needs separate approval. The package purchaser, work included, professional fee arrangement, exclusions and cancellation/refund terms must be clear before payment. Opening a case authorises no charge.

Completion and payments

Only the accepted case lawyer confirms legal and completion milestones. These statuses record professional confirmations; they do not automatically complete a legal act, move money or transfer title. Properly does not receive the purchase price. Verify payment instructions with the responsible professional through an agreed trusted channel.

Platform support and service delivery

Impactify LTD handles platform access, workspace coordination and questions about its order. Report a problem through the contact page or the case room without including confidential legal advice. The platform must investigate issues with its own services and explain the next step. Your advocate handles legal advice, conflicts, legal deadlines and professional complaints through the separate engagement.

Service limitations and reports

No sale, price, approval, deadline or uninterrupted access is guaranteed. Report access issues or incorrect case information to the administrator. Applicable statutory rights are not excluded by these platform terms. The professional service agreement governs the agreed legal assignment.

Use published examples with the stated assumptions

A percentage-fee illustration compares the inputs described beside it. It does not value the property, establish a universal commission rate or promise a particular saving or sale outcome. Compare actual written quotes, scope, VAT and payment conditions before choosing a provider.

Guides and city pages help you prepare a transaction brief. They do not approve your documents or vary a signed professional engagement. The specific service agreement must identify the accepted work and the party purchasing it.

Tell the professional when the transaction changes

Changes in ownership, the buyer, funding, included items or the proposed timetable may affect the professional assignment. Do not assume that work confirmed for an earlier proposal applies unchanged to a different transaction.

Keep the shared record accurate and ask for a revised scope where needed. The platform’s workflow records support coordination; actual legal effect, bank instructions, official documents and the transfer itself remain governed by the relevant arrangements and requirements.
