A shared conversation with a clear purpose

Invitations with controlled access
Buyer and seller join through a private, single-use invitation link that expires after 48 hours. Sign-in and explicit acceptance are required. Share the invitation only with the intended person. The administrator pins the lawyer invitation to an independently confirmed account after professional details and representation are confirmed.
Your move stays private
Properly has no public property catalogue. A case is a private workspace for a particular transaction. The administrator can support the case, and accepted participants can access the content shared within it.

Opening a case is free. The fixed-price digital sale package is €3,995 including VAT, paid at the start after suitability, scope and professional engagement are agreed. Opening a case does not collect payment. Any package payment follows the agreed scope and professional engagement.

Start with the facts that both parties need for practical coordination: the property reference, proposed timetable, requested documents and the actions each person has agreed to take. A clear brief avoids asking the same question in several email threads. Record whether an answer is supplied, still being checked or confirmed by the responsible professional.
Keep shared coordination separate from confidential advice. The participants and administrator can see the shared material. A question about a viewing time is different from advice about whether to accept a clause. Agree the appropriate private route with your own lawyer before sending sensitive information.

If a buyer requests information about parking rights, create a clear document request instead of assuming the seller’s description is sufficient. Identify who will obtain the record and which professional will explain it. A supplied file and a completed legal check should remain distinct steps.
The room is useful for owners in different cities or countries because the current practical position remains accessible. It does not remove working hours, official appointments or professional response times. An online record should make the next action visible rather than promise that every answer is immediate.
A shared workspace is not joint legal representation
The appointed lawyer’s client and accepted scope must be clear. The buyer and seller may share a practical objective while having different interests in price, conditions and default terms. Giving everyone a common view of the case does not change the professional’s duties.
Before professional work begins, confirm identity, practising status, representation and engagement. A pending invitation is preparation for participation, not evidence that the lawyer has already reviewed the property. Ask for those confirmations instead of treating the presence of a name in an illustration as an appointment.

Does the same lawyer represent both parties?
A shared case room does not mean joint representation. The lawyer’s client is identified in the case. The other party may need independent advice, and conflicts must be assessed by the lawyer.
Are messages emailed automatically?
The conversation is stored in the case room. Email and SMS delivery are not connected. Check the workspace for updates and share a private invitation through a separately agreed channel.
