Shared document room

The right documents. In a place everyone can find.

Upload the files needed for shared coordination, then keep them attached to the private case rather than buried in separate email threads.

01 / HOW IT HELPS

Keep the property file together

Add PDFs or supported image files for the shared transaction. The document list records file name, upload date and size, with a download link for accepted participants.

02 / HOW IT HELPS

Know who can see a file

Choose the document visibility before uploading. Shared files are available to accepted case participants and the administrator. Advocate-only files are restricted to their uploader, the accepted case lawyer and administrator. The server checks case membership and file visibility on every download.

03 / HOW IT HELPS

Separate shared records from private advice

Do not upload confidential lawyer–client advice or unnecessary identity and financial records to the shared room. Agree the lawyer’s private document channel for information that should not be seen by the other party.

04 / HOW IT HELPS

A file is ready for review, not automatically approved

Uploading a deed, plan or contract does not establish authenticity, legal clearance or completion. The appointed professional checks the relevant material and explains any gaps.

Your move. Your team.Seller · buyer · case lawyer

One case, with a clear owner for each step.

You bring the property you are selling or the one you want to buy. The seller handles viewings, both parties prepare the terms, and the accepted lawyer records progress through the agreed legal and completion work.

Explore the eight-stage workflow ↗

Start with the brief.

Opening a case is free. The fixed-price digital sale package is €3,995 including VAT, paid at the start after suitability, scope and professional engagement are agreed. Opening a case does not collect payment. Any package payment follows the agreed scope and professional engagement.

Build a document list around questions

Ask what a document is needed to establish, who should supply it and whether it must be current. Ownership information, a mortgage statement and a building plan answer different questions. Naming that purpose makes it easier to identify a missing item without assuming one file covers every risk.

Use a clear file name, relevant date and short description when supplying shared material. Avoid uploading every document you own without considering access. The case room is a practical shared record, not a confidential vault for one party’s private legal or financial information.

A digital copy does not settle authenticity or legal effect

An uploaded file may need an original, certification, a more recent version or professional interpretation. Ask the lawyer which form is required for the relevant authority or institution. Do not assume that a readable scan is accepted for every official step.

If a document conflicts with the physical property or another record, flag the inconsistency. Keep the original request and the response identifiable. The platform can organise the evidence, but it does not authenticate a title, certify a plan or establish that a liability has disappeared.

Be deliberate about access and confidentiality

Accepted participants and the authorised administrator can see the shared case content. Do not put confidential negotiating advice, unnecessary identity records or bank credentials into the shared room. Ask the appointed professional for the appropriate private submission channel.

A link to another support platform does not appoint that provider or automatically share case documents. If separate legal, relocation or business assistance is needed, agree what information should be provided directly to that provider and under which engagement.

Properly is a technology and coordination platform. Independent professionals carry out regulated work under their own appointments. The case lawyer’s client and scope must be clear, and the other party may need separate independent advice. Read the platform role and scope.

Questions before your next step.

Which files can I upload?

The workspace accepts PDF, JPG, PNG and WebP files up to 4 MiB each.

Does the platform sign documents?

No electronic signing service is enabled. The lawyer confirms the signatures, certified documents and official formalities needed for the transaction.
