Platform operator and privacy responsibilities
Impactify LTD operates Properly and is responsible for its platform handling of account and coordination data. An independently appointed advocate handles data for their legal assignment under their own engagement and privacy information. These roles do not remove Impactify LTD’s responsibilities for its own services. Use the contact page for platform privacy questions and the advocate’s agreed private channel for legal records.
Account and case information
The separate workspace uses email, phone and password registration without requiring an email or SMS delivery step. Email and phone details remain unverified. It stores your account ID, contact details, name, password hash and session records. Passwords are not shown to case participants. It also stores property briefs, hashed invitation tokens, accepted roles, shared messages, tasks, document records and progress notes.
What is shared, and with whom?
Accepted case participants and the authorised administrator can access shared property details, contact emails, messages and documents marked shared. Advocate-only documents are restricted to their uploader, the accepted case lawyer and administrator. Membership and file visibility are checked on the server. Buyer and seller join through private invitations requiring sign-in and acceptance. The administrator pins an advocate invitation to an independently confirmed account. The lawyer’s role and represented party are shown in the case. There is no public property catalogue.
The shared room is not a private lawyer–client channel. Do not upload confidential legal advice or unnecessary identity, bank or other sensitive records. Ask the appointed professional to confirm a suitable private channel for that material.
Invitations and communication
Email and SMS delivery are not connected. Private buyer and seller invitation links expire after 48 hours and can be accepted once. They contain an access credential and must be shared only with the intended person through a separately agreed channel. An ordinary case URL does not grant access. Messages remain in the shared conversation. Check the workspace for updates. Password-reset delivery is not enabled.
Access, correction and retention
Case records remain available while the matter is active and until a deletion request is reviewed, subject to applicable retention duties. Use Account settings for profile correction, your account export or a recorded deletion-review request. A request does not itself erase shared case history or confirm processing. Platform support must review the request and applicable retention duties; contact Properly for follow-up. Do not put confidential material into that shared request; ask for a private contact route when necessary.
Hosting and external services
The public website and case workspace are hosted on Vercel. The workspace stores account and case records in Turso and uploaded files in private Vercel Blob storage. Password hashes and session records support account access. Email and SMS notifications, verification messages and password-reset delivery are not connected. Google Fonts receives routine requests for the public site’s typography. No advertising tracker is added by this application.
External links, including Legally.cy, Relocated.cy and Sumly, have their own privacy terms. Following a link does not automatically send them your case documents. Payment-card details are not collected by the public website or case-opening flow.
