How the digital sale process works
Follow the responsibilities from the initial property brief to the official transfer.
Step-by-step progress
Follow a practical eight-stage workflow from the property brief to completion, with clear responsibilities along the way.

All coming together.
YOUR SALE, STEP BY STEP
Record the property, your role, proposed price and known issues. The brief gives the appointed lawyer context before professional work begins. Opening a case does not purchase the package.
The seller organises viewings. Buyer and seller record proposed terms and each confirm readiness for legal review. These readiness confirmations are workflow records, not a binding sale contract.
Only the accepted case lawyer can confirm the legal checks, contract, settlement preparation and transfer stages. Each confirmation includes a written completion note.
Stage changes record the responsible person’s confirmation. Properly does not automatically query a bank, complete a payment or register an ownership transfer. The actual work happens under the professional engagement.

YOUR SALE, STEP BY STEP
You bring the property you are selling or the one you want to buy. The seller handles viewings, both parties prepare the terms, and the accepted lawyer records progress through the agreed legal and completion work.
Explore the eight-stage workflow ↗Opening a case is free. The fixed-price digital sale package is €3,995 including VAT, paid at the start after suitability, scope and professional engagement are agreed. Opening a case does not collect payment. Any package payment follows the agreed scope and professional engagement.
See the price and scope ↗A sale can appear stalled when several people are each waiting for someone else. Record the missing item, the responsible role and the next action. If a lender statement is needed, name that request rather than treating the whole transaction as generally delayed.
Target dates are planning tools. They should be revised when evidence or professional advice changes the route. A visible milestone helps the parties understand the position, but it does not create an enforceable completion deadline or guarantee that an outside institution will respond by a chosen date.
Buyer and seller can prepare proposed terms, arrange viewings and gather documents. Legal review, contract work and the agreed completion stages belong with the appointed professional. A status should identify what has actually been confirmed and who supplied that confirmation.
For example, uploading a title document may complete a request to provide the file. It does not by itself confirm ownership, remove a registered burden or approve a contract. The useful digital alternative to manual chasing is a clearer distinction between those events.

Tell the lawyer what changed and ask which actions remain valid. Avoid continuing a checklist built for an earlier version of the transaction.
Use the case notes to explain practical changes and the new request. Keep confidential advice in the agreed private channel. A tidy record should support professional judgement, not pressure someone to mark a stage complete before the underlying work has been done.
No. The accepted case lawyer controls the legal and completion stages. Buyer and seller manage their own preparation and readiness.
No. The lawyer must confirm the official outcome and supporting records. A platform status does not replace Land Registry registration.
