The digital sale package is €3,995 including VAT and is paid at the start after the written scope and professional engagement are agreed. It is a service package, not a fee contingent on a completed sale. Opening a case is free and does not authorise payment. Impactify LTD supplies the Properly platform. The client appoints and contracts directly with an independent advocate for legal work. The package brings the digital workflow and agreed advocate coordination into a defined process. The written arrangements must identify the actual professional, their client, included work, exclusions and how service and professional fees are allocated. Nothing on the website overrides professional independence or fee rules. ## Which case fits the package? Start with a property brief covering ownership, title status, a mortgage, proposed timing and known issues. The professional must confirm suitability. Disputes, complex ownership, missing title, litigation or work outside the standard scope may require a separate quote before proceeding. ## Costs you should keep separate. Government charges, taxes, debt repayment, lender costs, surveys, translations, litigation and work outside the written scope are excluded unless expressly included. Optional marketing is €1,900 including VAT and needs a separate written plan identifying deliverables, media allowance and platform costs. Identify the package purchaser in the agreement. Buyer and seller are not both automatically charged. Cancellation terms, applicable consumer rights and any request to start work during a cancellation period must be explained before payment. Identify the property, the proposed seller or sellers, whether a buyer has already been found and the practical help you need. Tell the proposed professional about known missing documents, financing, an absent owner or another unresolved issue. The purpose is to establish suitability and the work needed, not to decide the legal position yourself. The seller-led model means you remain responsible for arranging access, conducting viewings and deciding whether to accept an offer. If you need someone else to perform that work, ask for the relevant separate service before treating the package as a match.
