The case creator completes the initial brief, the seller manages viewings, and both parties confirm readiness for legal review. Only the accepted case lawyer confirms the legal and completion stages. How does the other party join? The creator shares a private, single-use invitation with the intended buyer or seller. It expires after 48 hours. The recipient signs in and accepts before case access is granted. An ordinary case URL does not grant access. Can we use one lawyer for everything? The lawyer’s client and scope must be clear. The shared room does not remove conflicts or replace independent advice for the other party. Does the platform send invitation emails? No. Email and SMS delivery are not connected. Share the private invitation through a separately agreed channel. Buyer and seller invitations expire after 48 hours, can be used once and require sign-in and acceptance. Contact details entered at registration remain unverified. ## What to do before opening the paid scope Identify the property, owners, available title information and any known mortgage or dispute. Decide who will conduct viewings and whether a buyer has already been found. A short, accurate brief gives the professional enough context to identify the next questions. Opening the case is a preparation step. It does not authorise a payment or create a lawyer-client relationship. The actual professional identity, represented client, suitability and written engagement must be confirmed before relying on legal work. ## An example of a useful digital handover between steps A buyer asks whether a parking space belongs to the apartment. The seller supplies the available document, and the lawyer identifies any further evidence and explains the conclusion to the appropriate client.
