The fixed-price digital sale package is €3,995 including VAT, paid at the start after suitability, scope and professional engagement are agreed. Opening a case does not collect payment. Identify open issues rather than presenting a half-agreed proposal as final instructions. A clear brief lets the lawyer ask targeted questions about the intended agreement. A completed form is not a legal review. Before signing, accepting binding wording or paying a deposit, ask your own adviser to explain the consequences. The platform’s readiness confirmations are intended as coordination records, not the executed sale agreement. ## Give settlement its own document and payment plan Ask the lawyer which clearances, lender statements, authority documents and other items are required. Identify who obtains each one and what date it must remain valid for. A target move date does not replace those requirements.
